How this crew formed

Webcomp Video is the production arm of Webcomp Digitex, an in-house studio that's been operating out of Pimple Saudagar, Pune since 2019 and became a registered Private Limited company in 2024. Video started as one part of a broader studio and grew into a full crew of its own — camera, edit, colour, motion graphics and, more recently, an AI filmmaking pipeline we built rather than licensed.
The move to a dedicated video and AI filmmaking site happened for a simple reason: the work outgrew being one tile on a services page. A 15-member in-house team now covers all three sides of it — a Pune-based crew for shoots that need a camera on location, editors who finish footage clients already have, and a remote-capable AI filmmaking pipeline for brands anywhere that need volume a crew-only budget can't stretch to.
