AI Filmmaking for Singapore Brands, Powered by an In-House Studio in Pune

A Pune-based, 15-person studio running its own AI video pipeline for Singapore brands, with only two and a half hours between your brief and our first draft.

What you actually get

Performance-Ready Ad Variants

Instead of shipping a single hero cut, we generate a spread of ad variants from one creative brief so a Singapore performance team can test hooks, pacing and captions against actual Meta or TikTok data before committing spend. The AI layer handles the assembly and permutation work; a human editor reviews and finishes every version that goes out under your brand. Turnaround on a first batch typically lands inside a single working week, not a month of crew scheduling.

Southeast Asia Market Cutdowns

Many of our Singapore clients brief once and then need the same film reworked for Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila or Ho Chi Minh City audiences. We resize, recut and adapt captions and pacing for each market from the original footage or an AI-generated base assembly, so a single production budget stretches across a regional media plan instead of just one country. Each market version still passes through a Webcomp editor before delivery.

Brand and Product Films

For brand stories and product launches, the pipeline builds a rough structural assembly from your footage, stock, or generated visuals, sequencing it against your script or reference deck. From there, our in-house editors take over for pacing, colour, sound and final polish — the same craft standard we apply to the on-location work we shoot out of Pune. You get a film that looks directed, not generated.

Fast-Turn Concept Drafts

When a Singapore team needs to test three or four creative directions before greenlighting a full production, we can turn rough concept drafts around inside the span of a single working day. That speed comes from the AI-assisted drafting stage, which removes the slowest part of early-stage editing without skipping the human judgment call on what actually ships.

How this actually works

Working With Us From Singapore

Singapore sits on UTC+8 year-round; Pune runs on IST, UTC+5:30, and neither zone observes daylight saving, so the gap between the two never shifts. That works out to exactly two and a half hours — one of the narrower splits we deal with across any market we serve outside India.

Our studio operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, which maps to 12:30 to 21:30 in Singapore. Practically, that means a Singapore marketing lead can open a brief after lunch and still catch our editors live for the rest of their working afternoon and into early evening, rather than waiting for an overnight batch to land the next morning.

Because Singapore is where a lot of regional media planning already sits, we built our review process around agencies and brand teams that need to sign off on one master cut and then push variants out to several Southeast Asian markets at once. Comments, timecodes and revision rounds happen over shared links and short calls inside that overlap window, so a same-day back-and-forth is realistic rather than aspirational.

AI Filmmaking, Explained for Singapore Brands

What is AI filmmaking?

A Singapore brand briefing a campaign rarely means the video only has to work in Singapore — the same creative usually needs to land in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok within the same quarter. AI filmmaking is what makes that realistic without four separate productions: because the underlying visuals are generated rather than filmed, one generation pass can be re-voiced and re-captioned for each market instead of re-shot for it.

It's still a pipeline, not a single tool — a model like Kling or Seedance builds the visual sequences, other tools handle voiceover and motion polish, and a human editor decides what's usable and cuts it into a finished film, once per market version. For a regional media plan run out of Singapore, that's the actual advantage: one production effort, several market-ready cuts, rather than commissioning a new shoot each time the media plan adds a country.

How much does AI filmmaking actually cost?

The base range doesn't change by market: simple work — lower resolution, straightforward motion, a shot list that clears in a few generation passes — starts around ₹20,000 per finished minute, and more demanding briefs, needing higher resolution or a shot that has to land clean on the first try or two, can reach ₹1,00,000 or more per finished minute. For Singapore clients that converts to SGD once we've scoped the brief, not from a separate fixed SGD number.

Where the real savings show up is per-market cost once a campaign spans the region. The first version — say, the Singapore English cut — carries the bulk of the generation spend, because that's where the visual sequences actually get built. A Bahasa Indonesia version for Jakarta or a Vietnamese version for Ho Chi Minh City reuses that same core generation and mostly needs a new voice track, re-timed captions and an editor pass, so the cost-per-market drops noticeably from the second market onward — nowhere near what a separate shoot in each country would run.

That base spend is driven by the same mechanic in every market: each clip generated through Kling or Seedance is a paid, metered API call, billed whether it's usable or not, and a clean result usually takes several attempts before one holds up. Those retries sit inside the first version's cost; the market variants that follow are priced closer to an editing job than a generation job.

Which is why a Singapore-based regional brief gets quoted as a base version plus a per-market add, scoped once we know the market list — not a flat 'per minute' figure that pretends a four-country rollout costs the same as a Singapore-only cut.

The kinds of AI filmmaking we produce

Two formats carry most of the work for Singapore-based briefs. AI ads are the short, performance-driven cuts that get tested and re-cut across markets first — a hook that works in Singapore doesn't always translate to Jakarta, so this is where the regional variant testing described above happens most. AI brand stories are the other regular request, used by regional brand teams to establish a consistent tone and identity across several Southeast Asian markets at once, rather than letting each country's marketing team build its own version independently. AI short films, AI corporate videos, AI real-estate walkthroughs and UGC-style ads made with AI run through the same pipeline but come up less frequently in a Singapore brief than a regional ad or brand-story campaign does.

FAQ

Questions before you get started.

Yes. Unlike our on-location video production work, which needs a physical crew in Pune or nearby, AI filmmaking runs as a remote pipeline end to end. Briefs, reviews and delivery all happen online, so a Singapore-based team never needs anyone from our side on-site.

The gap is only two and a half hours, and our working hours (Mon-Sat, 10:00-19:00 IST) overlap with most of a Singapore afternoon and evening. In practice that means live calls and same-day revision rounds are normal, not something we have to schedule around.

Yes. A number of our Singapore clients use it as the regional base for a campaign, briefing once and then having us adapt cuts, captions and pacing for Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and other markets from the same source material.

It's not automated end to end. AI handles the rough assembly, variant generation and first-pass drafting; every deliverable then goes through one of our in-house editors for pacing, sound and finishing before it reaches you. We're a 15-member in-house studio based in Pimple Saudagar, Pune — running since 2019, incorporated as a private limited company in 2024, and recognised by DPIIT as a startup — and that editorial pass is part of how we work on every project, not an optional add-on.

It depends on both the brief and the market spread. A single Singapore-only cut prices differently to the same concept adapted for Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand as well — the first version carries most of the generation cost, and each additional market version is usually a smaller add rather than a full re-quote, because it's reusing the same underlying generation pass rather than starting over. We scope the brief and the market list together before naming a number.

Because each market variant still needs its own regenerated voice track, re-timed captions and an editor pass to make it feel native rather than dubbed, and every generation involved — through a model like Kling or Seedance — is a paid, metered call billed whether the result is usable or not. Reusing the core visual generation across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand cuts real cost versus separate productions, but it doesn't make each market free.
