1. Tell us what you're actually trying to make
A shoot brief and an AI filmmaking brief aren't the same conversation, so the first thing we ask is which one this is — or whether it's genuinely both. We'd rather spend ten minutes getting that right than scope the wrong service and waste a round trip.
2. You get one number, not a rate card guess
For a shoot, that means locations, crew days and deliverables priced together. For AI filmmaking, it means a quote scoped to the variant count and turnaround you actually need. Either way, the number holds — it doesn't grow once you've committed.
3. The person who quoted it is the person who runs it
Whoever scopes your project on the first call stays on it through delivery. There's no separate account manager translating your brief to a production team who wasn't part of the original conversation.
4. You know the shoot date or delivery window upfront
Video production gets a confirmed shoot date before a deposit changes hands. AI filmmaking gets a delivery window scoped to the pipeline's actual turnaround. If either is going to move, you hear that as soon as we know — not the day it was due.

Yes — we're at Spot 18 Mall in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. For a Pune-based shoot especially, sitting down in person to walk through a shot list is often faster than email back-and-forth.
Whatever you actually know — the format you need, a rough date or deadline, and a budget range if you have one. You don't need a finished shot list or a locked script; that's what the scoping conversation is for.
For a physical shoot, video production is scoped to the Pune region specifically. AI filmmaking has no such limit — we take that on for clients anywhere, and country-specific pages on this site cover how that works for the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, Singapore and the UAE.

For video production, a deposit confirms the shoot date and the balance is due on delivery — that split protects both sides, since a confirmed date means we've turned other bookings away for it. Video editing is quoted per project once we've seen the footage, typically payable on delivery unless the scope is large enough to justify a milestone split. AI filmmaking runs either as a one-off project price or billed monthly against an agreed variant volume for clients producing on an ongoing basis. Whichever applies to your project gets written into the proposal before any work starts, not decided afterward.
Tell us as early as you know. A date change with a week or more of notice is easy to absorb and usually just means re-slotting the crew against the calendar. Very short-notice changes — inside the final 48 hours or so — can run into a fee if that crew day was already blocked and couldn't be filled with other work, since that's real time already committed on our side. We'd rather talk through the specifics of what's changed on your end than apply a rigid penalty by default.
Yes. If a project involves an unreleased product, financials or anything else sensitive, send your NDA or ask for ours and we'll get it signed before the brief goes any further — that's a normal ask and doesn't slow down the scoping conversation.
