AI-Generated Walkthrough Videos for Under-Construction Listings in Pune
You've got one unit — maybe still on paper, maybe just handed over — and a listing that needs to go live this week. We turn the floor plan or renders you already have into a walkthrough video, without a shoot, a location or a crew.
What you actually get
Floor-Plan-to-Video Walkthroughs
Give us the 2D floor plan the developer already filed with RERA — the same drawing that's on the sale agreement — and we turn it into a moving walkthrough: a camera path through rooms that don't physically exist as a finished space yet. This works best when the floor plan is clean and dimensioned, not a phone photo of a printed brochure. We rebuild the layout in 3D first, so the video matches the plan's actual proportions instead of guessing at room sizes — which matters when a buyer measures the video against the RERA-registered carpet area.
Render-to-Video for Under-Construction Units
Some clients already have 3D renders from an architect — a handful of exterior and interior stills. We turn those static renders into a moving sequence: a pan across the living room, a walk from the entrance to the balcony, a look out toward the corridor. AI motion models handle the movement; our editors correct the parts that drift — a door that warps mid-pan, a reflection that flickers — and cut it against the render's original lighting so it still reads as the same unit, not a different render entirely.
AI Voiceover in Hindi, Marathi and English
Most agents record their own voiceover once and then need it redone for every price change or updated possession date. We generate the narration from a script you approve, so a revised date or a corrected RERA registration number doesn't mean re-recording an entire track. It's not a substitute for an agent's personal pitch on a call, but for the video itself — the part running while someone scrolls past your WhatsApp forward — a clean AI voiceover reads better than a phone-mic recording done in a noisy site office.
Light Virtual Staging for Empty Units
An empty, freshly-handed-over 2BHK in Wagholi or Kharadi photographs honestly but doesn't sell — bare walls read as unfinished even when the unit is ready. We add furniture in the video, over the existing render or walkthrough: a sofa in the living room, a bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom, nothing that changes the actual layout or floor area. We keep it restrained on purpose — a buyer who visits site and finds a very different look than the video showed is a bigger problem than one who finds it slightly barer.

How AI-Generated Real Estate Video Actually Works for a Single Listing
What We Need From You to Start
The single biggest factor in how a video turns out is what we start with. A clean, dimensioned 2D floor plan — the kind filed with MahaRERA, not a WhatsApp-forwarded scan — is the minimum we need for a basic walkthrough. If the developer has already commissioned 3D renders, even three or four stills of the living room, kitchen and balcony, the result improves noticeably, because the AI has real material and lighting to work from instead of inferring it from a flat drawing. A blurry brochure photo of a floor plan is usable, but the walkthrough it produces will look softer and less accurate than one built from the original file.
Once we have the source, we rebuild the unit's layout as a rough 3D model before any AI generation starts — this is what keeps room proportions honest instead of the camera drifting through a space that doesn't match the actual dimensions. From that model, motion-generation and frame-generation models produce the moving shots: a walk from the entrance into the living room, a pan across the balcony view. None of that footage ships as-is. An editor reviews every clip, flags the ones where a doorway warps or a wall bends mid-shot, and either fixes it in compositing or sends it back for another generation pass.
Why We Quote Starting-From, Not a Flat Number
Two one-minute walkthroughs of two different two-bedroom units in Pune can cost noticeably different amounts, and the reason isn't padding — it's retries. Some floor plans generate cleanly on the first or second pass; others, especially ones with unusual layouts or lots of glass, need six or eight regenerations before a shot is clean enough to use. We pay for every generation whether we keep it or throw it away, and quoting a flat number regardless of the brief means either overcharging the easy jobs to cover the hard ones, or underquoting the hard ones and eating the loss ourselves.
So every quote we give for a one-off listing video is scoped to what you send us — the floor plan or renders, the number of rooms you want shown, whether you need a voiceover in one language or three, whether you want virtual staging added. We'll give you a starting-from number on a call before you send anything, and confirm the final figure once we've actually looked at your source material and can estimate the retry buffer honestly, rather than guessing at it upfront.
Turnaround, and Not Overselling the Result
AI generation itself is fast — a batch of shots can render in under an hour. What actually takes the days is the review and compositing after that: checking each clip against the floor plan, cutting the sequence together, adding the voiceover, and doing another pass once we've watched it start to finish and caught something off. For a single unit we typically quote four to seven working days from receiving usable source material, faster if you need it for a listing going live this week, slower if the source material needs cleanup first.
The other thing worth saying plainly: a video generated from a floor plan is a representation, not a promise, and buyers making a decision on an under-construction unit — one still going through its RERA disclosure process — deserve a walkthrough that stays close to the sanctioned plan rather than a glossy fantasy with finishes and proportions that won't match handover. We'd rather hand over a slightly plainer video that matches the registered carpet area than an impressive one that sets a buyer up for a bad site visit later.

FAQ
Questions before you get started.
Yes — that's most of what this page is for. We work from whatever you have: a RERA-filed floor plan, an architect's 3D renders, or reference photos of a similar finished unit in the same project. The floor plan alone is enough for a basic walkthrough; renders let us produce something closer to how the finished unit will actually look.
For a single unit, typically 4-7 working days from when we receive usable source material. AI generation of the raw shots takes hours, not days — the time goes into our editors reviewing every generated clip, discarding the ones with visible glitches, and regenerating until the sequence cuts together cleanly. Faster same-week turnarounds are possible for an added cost, since it means fewer retry passes.
We can still work with it, but the result will look rougher — AI models pick up whatever ambiguity is in the source, so a scanned, low-resolution floor plan produces a shakier, less accurate walkthrough than a clean CAD export. If you can get the original floor plan file from the developer or architect, it's worth the extra day to ask.
We're not lawyers and don't file anything with MahaRERA on your behalf — that's between you and the developer. What we control is not misrepresenting the unit: we keep the video's proportions matched to the registered floor plan and carpet area, and we don't add structural elements — an extra window, a different layout — that aren't in the sanctioned plan.
Geography barely matters for this service, which is actually the point — there's no site to visit, no drone permission to file, no crew traveling to a location, since everything is built from the floor plan or renders you send us. Whether your listing is in Wakad, Baner, Hinjewadi or somewhere outside Pune entirely, the process is identical: files come in over email, the video goes out the same way. Pimple Saudagar is where our studio happens to sit, but it's not a factor in how this particular service gets delivered.
